Task legitimacy
Campaigns should have a genuine research, retail, verification, or market-intelligence purpose. Tasks must not require unlawful access, deception, payment to participate, or unrelated personal information.
Participant safety
Complete tasks only in public or permitted areas. Follow local rules and staff instructions, avoid confrontation, and leave immediately if a situation feels unsafe.
Evidence handling
Evidence should be limited to what the brief requires. Do not capture faces, private documents, payment details, health information, or unrelated receipt items.
Anti-fraud measures
Possible controls include duplicate detection, evidence consistency, location logic, metadata checks, manual review, and account-pattern review. Controls should be proportionate and explained where possible.
Account integrity
Use one account with accurate personal and payout details. Do not borrow, sell, share, or automate account access.
Prohibited conduct
False answers, manipulated evidence, location spoofing, duplicate accounts, harassment, unlawful activity, and interference with campaigns are prohibited.
Privacy principles
Collect the minimum necessary information, define its purpose, limit access, apply suitable retention, and support applicable rights.
Payout transparency
Rewards move through visible pending, approved, initiated, and completed states. Availability, provider processing, and regional rules may differ.
Reporting suspicious tasks
Stop the task and contact [email protected] if instructions request payment, passwords, unsafe activity, unlawful entry, or excessive personal information.
Appeals and review
A rejection should include a meaningful reason. Participants may request review using the task reference; an appeal does not guarantee a different outcome.
