Tasks are offered at our discretion, may be limited by capacity, geography, profile, or time, and can change, pause, or close without guaranteed availability.
5. Submission requirements
Follow every brief, submit truthful original evidence, meet eligibility and deadlines, respect safety rules, and provide only requested information.
6. Verification
Submissions may undergo automated and manual checks for completeness, consistency, eligibility, duplicates, fraud, and compliance with the brief.
7. Rejected submissions
Submissions may be rejected for missing or unreadable evidence, incorrect subject or location, lateness, ineligibility, duplication, manipulation, or other material noncompliance. Where practical, a reason will be provided.
8. Rewards
A displayed amount is the potential reward for an approved submission, not wages or guaranteed income. Pending rewards have not been approved.
9. Payouts
Payout requires approved rewards, accurate provider details, regional availability, and any applicable threshold or account checks. Provider processing terms may apply.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and satisfying personal tax, reporting, or registration obligations arising from rewards.
11. Fraud and prohibited conduct
Do not create duplicate accounts, automate tasks, fabricate answers, manipulate evidence, spoof location, interfere with campaigns, access systems without authorization, or misuse personal information.
12. Intellectual property
The service, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable rights. A submission grants the limited rights reasonably needed to operate, verify, deliver, and administer the relevant campaign, subject to the privacy policy.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for breach, fraud risk, safety concerns, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or service discontinuation. Legitimately approved amounts will be handled subject to applicable law and these terms.
14. Service availability
The service may change, experience interruptions, or be unavailable in some regions. We do not guarantee continuous access, specific tasks, approval volume, or earnings.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable loss is excluded. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
17. Indemnity
Where legally permitted, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use, fraud, or material breach of these terms.
18. Changes and governing framework
We may update these terms prospectively and will provide appropriate notice for material changes. Applicable law, mandatory consumer protections, and dispute rules depend on the operating entity and user location.
